The Adaptation Blueprint

Designing a New Policy Agenda for the Coast

For the next few years, coastal communities will be on their own to plan for and adapt to climate change. This is the time for new, bold thinking about how to plan, design, and finance the coastal cities of the future. This is the time to develop a blueprint for adaptation along the U.S. coast.

Sponsored by the MIT Leventhal Center for Advanced Urbanism, the Wharton Risk Management Center, and the Ian McHarg Center for Urbanism and Ecology, the Adaptation Blueprint will feature several of the world's leading scholars and practitioners convening to develop a new agenda for adaptation.
