Jennifer Balasus

Jenn Balasus is the LCAU’s external engagement manager. Prior to joining the LCAU, Jenn spent several years with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). Most recently, she served as a project manager with the Federal Railroad Administration, where she developed agreements for federally funded projects and provided oversight throughout project delivery. Additionally, Jenn served as a technology policy analyst with USDOT’s Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. In this role, she supported program development and evaluation activities for grant programs, drafted reports on topics ranging from sustainable aviation fuel to turbo roundabouts, and led outreach activities for smart technology initiatives.
